If it’s time to refocus on you, please know that we are here and ready. Infection control has always been a top priority for us. We follow all safety protocols set by CentraCare. Below are some these protocols as well as new ones that can help you feel confident in coming back to a safe and healthy environment.

• Washing our hands thoroughly before and after all contact with you, as well as providing hand hygiene stations for your use
• Sanitizing all surfaces after each patient visit
• Wearing of face masks. Please bring your own face mask. If you don’t have one, we will provide one.
• Offering video/telephone visit options
• Having you wait in your car, rather than our waiting rooms to minimize contact. Please call when you arrive and we’ll pre-register you over the phone. We will call you when we are ready for you to come in for the appointment.
• Taking the temperatures of all patients and staff
• Providing curbside pick-up for products
